Due to the campus closure, Dr. Albertini's talk will be held on Webex.
Join us for a talk by Dr. Marco Albertini, Full Professor at the University of Bologna, examining how age, education, and income shape access to digital public services across Europe.
Drawing on Europe-wide data from before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, this talk explores how digital inequality has evolved alongside major public investments in e-administration. The findings highlight how digital divides remain dynamic and persistent, with particularly weaker protective effects of education and income among adults aged 75 and older.
This event is open for full participation by all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other protected category under applicable federal law, state law, and the University's nondiscrimination policy.
