Description
As Attorney General for Maryland, Brian E. Frosh has joined multiple states in lawsuits challenging actions by the Trump Administration including: the immigration executive order, the 2020 census question on citizenship, the declaration of a national emergency at the border, protecting the Affordable Care Act, and the emoluments clauses of the U.S. Constitution.
AG Frosh will discuss the legal and political issues surrounding Maryland's involvement in these cases.
